I will also give a tremendous amount of applause for Wilson choosing to come forward with his story of abuse allegations against British gymnastics, along with his support of fellow gymnasts also coming forward. I really felt Nile’s passion for his career and family and found it refreshingly honest in terms of addiction and mental health. As a fan of Nile's YouTube channel, I was initially concerned this would be a bare-bones retelling of what he already shares online alongside his friends and family, but I was pleasantly surprised.

The down-to-earth Olympic medalist tells the story of the pressures and mental health struggles behind his successful gymnastic career. I knew quite a lot about gymnastics and Nile before reading this book as I am subscribed to his YouTube channel (I'm also subscribed to Joanna, Luke and Ash's channels too).Nile has his own merchandise range and is deeply passionate about getting youngsters into gymnastics. Nile certainly doesn't shy away from possibly looking foolish and he clearly gets his confidence to perform from his dad!
