With glasses on I have no difficulty reading it, in fact the print is much more convenient to read than some of the pocket-sized Bibles I have owned in the past.
It is also a "family Bible", with several pages added to it at the front, with pages to commemorate Baptism, Confirmation, First Communion, Matrimony, the names of siblings, children and grandchildren, making it a very personal item to own. This is the only Bible that incorporates The Great Adventure’s color-coded Bible Timeline™ Learning System. Gilded edges, good zipper with miraculous medal ( could have been metal rather than plastic, but ok). Despite this, I can easily read a chapter or two of this Bible when I'm out and about, without feeling eye strain.There is a little ghosting through the pages but they’re not as tissue thin as I’d have expected in such a compact edition. It ties all of Scripture together by following God’s “family plan” from Adam and Eve to Christ and the Church.
