Zadania w tej książce są przeróżne: jedne łatwiejsze, drugie trudniejsze - wymagające skupienia, czasu oraz cierpliwości. Most recently in 2022- she released her 4th book ‘Healing Through Words’ which is a journey of guided writing exercises to help the reader explore their creativity.

The book is peppered with examples of her past work, and perhaps my one complaint about this book is that I had hoped to read some new work. Podsumowując: jest to bardzo wartościowa pozycja i cieszę się, iż mogłam się z nią zapoznać przedpremierowo.

Now we have a chance to start being creative ourselves, and turning our experiences into words we might not otherwise be able to speak.

It may not challenge or surprise readers who are already familiar with Rupi Kaur’s style and themes. So imagine my delight and surprise when this book turned out to be guided writing exercises rather than a book of new work.

Jest to ciekawa forma pamiętnika, która pozwala nam na wygadanie się przed samym sobą oraz pozwala na uporanie się z kwestiami, które w nas siedzą. It eases one into learning more about themself and brings them to feeling better about where they are. It may not appeal to readers who are looking for more structured and formal guidance on poetry writing techniques and forms.
